چکیده
Patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) had a higher risk of developing cardiovascular disease, including peripheral artery (PAD). The presence PAD in hemodialysis patients leads to an increase the incidence amputation and mortality. However, early diagnosis is still challenging. Ankle-brachial index (ABI) was 0.82 result echo-Doppler supported distal femoral artery. Then, patient treated antiplatelet therapy, cilostazol, other medication control comorbidities. pain partly relieved after treatment referred tertiary hospital for further management. Endocrine biochemical abnormalities lead prevalence routine hemodialysis. non-invasive approach has advantage improving patients’ outcomes if established earlier stage.
